About Vantage Sourcing

In May 2004, Vantage Sourcing, an outsourcing company specializing in the telecommunications industry, began as a start-up company in Dothan, Alabama with only 30 employees.  In July 2005, the company expanded its employee base by adding 110 new jobs and moving to a new facility.

In December 2010, Vantage moved to their current location in Taylor, Alabama. A 386 seat facility, the center boasts state-of-the-art, 70-seat training facilities, 24/7 security, and UPS/generator protection against natural disasters. Contact Center standards include 100% call recording, Quality Assurance programs, multi-media capabilities, and custom dialing solutions.
